  • [Q] The item I want is "Sold Out". Will you be restocking it?"
    [A]: We know how annoying it can be when you go to purchase an item and you see the item is sold out. Our most popular items sell out very quickly; and although we cannot guarantee that once an item is sold out it will be restocked, we do often restock old favorites. If you would like to be notified once the product becomes available again, add your email address to the "sign up" box at the top of the site.
  • [Q]: What forms of payment do you accept?
    [A]: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & PayPal.
  • [Q]: How long will it take before my order is shipped?
    [A]: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out.
  • [Q]: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
    [A]: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package. You may track your purchase using the tracking number here.
